About

Anne-Marie Deans, Ph.D.

Founder & Owner

With a strategic consulting background at BCG, experience from senior corporate roles, a PhD in the life sciences, and a certification as a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, I offer a unique blend of external insights and internal corporate understanding.

I work with organisations and individual leaders. Organisations I support around systems change and emergent strategy. Individual leaders come to me when they are looking to build the skill sets for courageous, wholehearted leadership.

I am passionate about individuals having the skills to support them to live in their integrity and be the change, as well how we reimagine and rebuild new systems for a future we have fallen in love with.

I’m available for board director roles in Switzerland, bringing my strategic and leadership expertise to the table.

Who I Am

At my core, I’m an idealist, championing wholehearted living and the power of human connection. My leadership journey has taken me through diverse corporate terrains, where I’ve consistently observed one truth: people want to be seen and acknowledged in their roles. It matters that we matter and (re)recognise our inherent worth. I’m inspired by Brené Brown’s research, envisioning a future where we embrace both paradox and ambiguity with curiosity and courage.

I am currently continuing my own learning journey as part of the cohort for a brand new and reimagined interdisciplinary MBA at the LIS: London Interdisciplinary School, where our themes are Complexity, Intelligence, Energy, Ecosystems, Trust, and Longevity.

I have a family, I volunteer, I dance in a small show team, I engage with my local community.
